I am aware of Alphatrack and Faderport but I was hoping for something even simplier. Just one fader no pans or transport buttons etc. Does this product exist?
http://socialsounddesign.com/questions/15441/motorised-fader/15442#15442 Answer by Fred Riding for Motorised fader Fred Riding 2012-09-19T12:27:36Z 2012-09-19T12:27:36Z
What are you using it for? As a stereo master controller, or for automation of a single channel?
http://socialsounddesign.com/questions/15441/motorised-fader/15444#15444 Answer by jacob for Motorised fader jacob 2012-09-19T13:56:56Z 2012-09-19T13:56:56Z
Automation of a single channel
http://socialsounddesign.com/questions/15441/motorised-fader/15449#15449 Answer by Chris Winter for Motorised fader Chris Winter 2012-09-19T17:54:20Z 2012-09-19T17:54:20Z
If you only want to control one channel I have heard good things about the Presonus FaderPort http://www.presonus.com/products/FaderPort

I doubt you can get much simpler since it literally is one fader and a few other important and frequently used buttons.

Never tried it myself but since its by Presonus I would trust it quality wise, I have never had anything in the past by them that I thought was below par.
http://socialsounddesign.com/questions/15441/motorised-fader/15450#15450 Answer by Matt for Motorised fader Matt 2012-09-19T17:59:45Z 2012-09-19T17:59:45Z
+1 for the Faderport.
