Looking at Bose, but otherwise, I'm for a blank?
http://socialsounddesign.com/questions/988/working-apprenticing-in-post-houses Working/Apprenticing in post houses Adrianna 2010-05-09T04:56:05Z 2010-05-09T17:49:00Z
I am a budding sound designer and am bursting with creativity and a drive to work. I have done work on countless school projects and friend's films and am 100% certain I've found my lifelong passion and craft. However, finding job opportunities for sound designers with minimal professional experience is slim to none.

Long story short, what do you recommend for a starting sound designer dying to get her feet wet? Do many post production houses offer mentor/apprenticeships? I am willing to work for free, as the more I do, the better I get. However, as with everyone else, at the end of the day, I do have rent to pay.
http://socialsounddesign.com/questions/49/best-entry-level-portable-recorder/987#987 Answer by Adrianna for Best entry-level portable recorder Adrianna 2010-05-09T04:32:24Z 2010-05-09T08:02:02Z
For my first gear purchase I got the Zoom H4n for $299 on Sweetwater. I've used it for field recordings and sfx and it's great. Not only idiot-proof but the 2 XLRs are great. I'm saving up for a proper shotgun mic and boom but it's good to know in a pinch, the Zoom has got my back.

http://socialsounddesign.com/questions/965/tiny-footsteps-foley/986#986 Answer by Adrianna for Tiny footsteps/foley? Ireland has been on my lists of places to see since I was a little girl. I'd love to have my CV considered. I have one able to view on my website: htp://adriannamurillo.com and can email you one also. Thanks again for the consideration and have a great day! Cheers, Adrianna
