I found this video with a Light Peak prototype Pro Tools interface on it and thought that others might be interested as it appears that Apple and Lacie are heading down the same route.

Initially it was meant to be purely optical connection. I am looking forward to seeing the new products that use it that should hit the market in the next 12 months. I know that Matrox have already announced their MXO (video system) boxes to support it soon (which make me very happy). – Bruce Apr 21 2011 at 14:38
